Winemaking Process
Our grappa has a cristalin color. It has an intense, pleasant and vinous nose enhanced by fresh summer berries and mayflower notes.
The taste expresses great balance and gentleness with elegant flovors of juniper and pine resin, figs and raisins. The end brings out sweat notes of licorice.
